The following is the Purpose Statement as found in Arab Y.E.S.'s latest Articles of Incorporation filed in Virginia on June 25, 2020:
ARTICLE 3: Purposes.
A. The purpose of the corporation is to recruit, educate, train, develop, equip and support individuals in providing
professional services directed toward scientific development, holistic community development, economic
development, women’s empowerment, education and technical skills, health and medical care, and other
charitable and related religious activities, with an initial focus on the Arab Gulf Region, but eventually to include
other countries in the Greater Middle East and Africa as well, and to engage in activities related to the foregoing.
B. To carry out these stated purposes, the Corporation may do any and all lawful acts that may be necessary or
useful for the furtherance of the purposes.
C. The Corporation, its members, board of directors, and its duly established and recognized subordinate entities,
are and shall at all times be committed to and operated in accordance with the Holy Scriptures of both the Old
and the New Testaments, the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed as sufficient
statements of the Christian faith, as well as the Thirty-Nine Anglican Articles of Religion,
and The Book of Common Prayer.
